Farm Operations Lead

Run day-to-day operations across our 7-acre school farm — planting schedules, harvest, crew coordination, and field-to-fridge logistics.

Plan and execute seasonal crop rotations
Lead a small team of growers and seasonal volunteers
Coordinate weekly harvests for the local foods grocery and mutual aid fridge
