.Community .Sustainability .Quality.

Fresh. Local.
Sustainable.

At Urban Prairie Agriculture, we're dedicated to bringing the freshest, locally-grown produce and products to the Ogden community. Our mission is to connect you with the bounty of our local farms and empower you to cultivate a sustainable lifestyle.

Four pillars, one community

Food Access

Improving local food access within the community.

Fundraising

Securing funding for local projects and producers.

Land Access

Improving land access for food systems and farming outcomes.

Education

Connecting students with hands-on food production experience.

Local food access

Building new pathways to fresh, local food

Our local foods grocery store stocks dozens of regional producers. A 24/7 mutual aid fridge keeps fresh produce within reach for anyone, no questions asked. We accept SNAP/EBT and Double Up Food Bucks because food shouldn't be hard to find — or hard to afford.

Land access

Rethinking how land is shared

As Utah grows, farmland shrinks. We protect agricultural land through conservation easements and offer low-cost leases to skilled, underprivileged farmers — restoring connection and resilience to the food system.

Community education programs

From preschool to policy

We partner with Greenwood Charter Academy, Ogden School District, Weber State, and USU Extension to build a more informed, connected, and food-literate future — starting in the soil.

Annie's mission: everyone eats

Annie started Urban Prairie with a stubborn belief that fresh, local food should be within reach for every neighbor — no matter their standing. From a 24/7 mutual aid fridge to a 7-acre school farm, she's stitching together the local food system one partnership at a time.
